While many know Ashley as the queen of event planning, her creative skill and heart for serving others led her to another adventure, interior design. The team at Interiors by Design Gallery offers a fun, hands-on approach to making your home your favorite place to be. Interiors by Design Gallery boasts a showroom full of possibilities, strong connections with our builders and home owners, and designers who know how to make your dream into a reality. Our team pays attention to every detail and makes the process fun along the way.
Our mission is to assist our clients with honesty and integrity as we guide them through the building process in order for them to make wise buying decisions that will ultimately
create beauty and connection
within the walls of their home or business.
Meet the Team
Ashley Moore
President – Team Encourager
Ashley is our cheerleader, encourager, source of energy and maybe a little sass. She is our Sales Director, with a heart for serving others in many different capacities. She might be a familiar face as she also owns Events and Designs by Ashley-The Collective; A Wedding and Event Planning company that just celebrated 12 years in Business. When she’s not attempting to run the world, Ashley is raising two incredible daughters, traveling, spending time with family and friends most likely laughing or finding ways to serve our community.
Erika Rinke
Interior Designer
Erika is our hilarious and spunky Interior Designer. She is devoted to serving her clients well in helping them design their dream home. She is extremely detail-oriented, highly communicative, and strives to make the build process as smooth and easy as possible. At Interiors, we believe it's "Your Style, Your Rules" and Erika lives by that ideal.

In her free time, Erika loves spending time with her husband Luke and smart and sassy daughter, Quinn.
Sue Clemens-Bibo
Window Coverings and Interior Designasaur
With all her years of experience in the field of design, Sue is known as our “Designasaur”. She has been with the company since 2008 and transitioned with the new owners to the new location. Her focus is on window coverings as well as kitchen and bath remodels. Sue has been staging homes with the company as well.
Outside work, Sue & her husband enjoy traveling to Europe & Australia to see family and friends as well as hoping to see every state capital in the US! When they’re not traveling, movies are their pastime.
Destiny Thomas
Logistics and Staging
Destiny is a breath of fresh air for the company! She is our “Jack of all trades". She is over the staging, logistics, and takes care of the ordering, the warehouse and furniture inventory. She came to us with the passion for design and a new eye of creativity. She is extremely hard-working and determined to give her all to anything she has her hands in.
She's a true goofball and brings fun & laughter to the team at any given time. Destiny is all about family. She and her husband & children all LOVE to travel together, and do so whenever possible.
Amanda Bowers
Bookkeeping and Payroll, aka “Numbers Nerd”
Amanda has an insatiable passion for helping small businesses and crunching their numbers. She enjoys spending time with Jesus, her husband and their 5 kids, and creating spreadsheets.
